Those who are trying to raise a ticket by using the mobile apps, need to go through the hassle of visiting the support pages of Office 365 help. Raise a Ticket from a Client Application on System -

It’s fairly simple to get in touch with the Office 365 Contact team through a system, all that needs to be done is to click on Help > Contact Support. This can be done through an app like Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or OneNote. For the app Tasks/To-Do, click the “?” in the top right of the menu bar and then click on “Get support.”

For the app OneDrive, click the “?” in the top right of the menu bar and then click on “Email OneDrive support.”

For Flow, click the “?” in the top right of the menu bar and then click “Support.”

For Sway and Forms, there is a Help option available from the three dots in the top right corner, but for both apps, there’s no other way to contact support other than the option of “feedback.” OneNote has a similar File > Help > Help option as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, but when you click it, there is also no direct way to avail the support service. For all three of these apps, you can click around Microsoft help until you find a path to support, though it could be a tad bit inconvenient.

Raise a Ticket from your Office 365 Account -

To raise a ticket from the Office page of your online account, log in to your Office 365 account and click the app launcher (the nine dots in the top left corner) and then click “Office.” In the next window, you would click on the “?” option in the top right of the menu bar and then click on “Contact support.” It will open the account page and there you need to click on the “Microsoft Support” link. Once you click on “Contact support”, Microsoft’s Virtual Support Agent window will open which attempts to help and if it can’t, put you in contact with a live person.
